Using Truth Social Tabs

You can overcome a lot of the frustrations that come with the Web App by using Truth Social Tabs. These Truth Social help and tips can make it easier for you to view Truths and vet others you might want to follow. Every time you click a truth or a profile… when you hit the back button, it takes you back to the top of the feed. What a mess! Try using tabs instead.

Tabs make using trains a LOT simpler and faster.

When you click on a Truth or a train to expand it, you will see the entire Truth and can then view details to see the entire thread. Clicking on a comment or a user will take you to more content or the user’s profile. For example, if you see a Truth like this one:

This is what a Truth Social train looks like in your browser

Instead of tapping or clicking on a rider, try tapping and holding (long tap) on your phone or right clicking on your computer. When you do that, you will get a popup giving you the option to Open In a New Tab. Choose that option, then go down the list and do the same for the other users on the train. (I usually do six or eight at a time). Then you can click on the tabs icon at the bottom of your phone screen (or look at the top of your browser on a computer) to see all the profiles.

Then just tap on the tab (or choose the tab at the top of your browser on your computer) for the profile or the truth you want to review. Then you can read or choose users to follow without losing your place.

This may sound a little complicated, but once you have done it a couple of times, it will become second nature! The best part of it is that you don’t lose your place every time you go to a profile and hit the back button which takes you all the way back to the feed.
